Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of CoopLedger, a member-management platform operated by Corporate Bundles ("we," "us," "our"). By creating a cooperative account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing the member portal, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a cooperative society, you confirm you have authority to bind that cooperative.

2. The service

CoopLedger provides member record-keeping, a savings/loan/investment/equity transaction ledger, member self-service access, and related communication tools for cooperative societies. Each cooperative's data is isolated from every other cooperative on the platform.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

  • Cooperative administrators are responsible for the accuracy of member records, dues, and transaction data they enter or import.
  • Administrators are responsible for deciding who within their cooperative receives admin access, and for any actions taken under their account.
  • Sign-in uses one-time email links rather than passwords; you are responsible for keeping the email address on your account secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating a cooperative account and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Cooperative accounts are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Paystack, at the rate for the plan selected at signup (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
  • Plans are billed in advance; fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failure to pay a subscription renewal may result in restricted access until payment is resolved.
  • A cooperative may cancel its subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with notice communicated to the cooperative's registered email address before the change takes effect.

5. Data ownership

As described in our Privacy Policy, each cooperative owns the member data it enters into the platform; we process it on the cooperative's behalf. Members may access their own data through the member portal where a cooperative has enabled it. On cancellation, a cooperative may request export or deletion of its data, subject to any legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements that apply to cooperative societies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to record fraudulent financial transactions.
  • Attempt to access another cooperative's data or another member's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, security, or availability.
  • Use bulk messaging features (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to send unsolicited or unrelated content to members.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers we rely on (payment processing, hosting, email, and messaging providers).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corporate Bundles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law. The platform is a record-keeping and communication tool; each cooperative remains responsible for the accuracy of its own financial records and for complying with applicable cooperative-society regulations in its state of registration.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a cooperative's account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible. A cooperative may terminate its own account at any time by contacting us or cancelling its subscription.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, communicated to cooperative administrators directly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
