These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of CoopLedger, a member-management platform operated by Corporate Bundles ("we," "us," "our"). By creating a cooperative account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing the member portal, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a cooperative society, you confirm you have authority to bind that cooperative.
CoopLedger provides member record-keeping, a savings/loan/investment/equity transaction ledger, member self-service access, and related communication tools for cooperative societies. Each cooperative's data is isolated from every other cooperative on the platform.
As described in our Privacy Policy, each cooperative owns the member data it enters into the platform; we process it on the cooperative's behalf. Members may access their own data through the member portal where a cooperative has enabled it. On cancellation, a cooperative may request export or deletion of its data, subject to any legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements that apply to cooperative societies.
You agree not to:
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers we rely on (payment processing, hosting, email, and messaging providers).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corporate Bundles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law. The platform is a record-keeping and communication tool; each cooperative remains responsible for the accuracy of its own financial records and for complying with applicable cooperative-society regulations in its state of registration.
We may suspend or terminate a cooperative's account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible. A cooperative may terminate its own account at any time by contacting us or cancelling its subscription.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, communicated to cooperative administrators directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to Corporate Bundles at info@corporatebundles.com.
